1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using MartFood mobile applications or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Services Overview

MartFood provides an on-demand logistics platform connecting customers with local restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, and pharmacies. We act as an intermediary marketplace facilitating order placement and delivery execution.

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.

4. Ordering, Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on MartFood are set by our merchant partners and include applicable markup/service fees. Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways (e.g. Paystack, Flutterwave) or in-app wallet balances.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Orders may be canceled prior to vendor acceptance. Refunds for missing, damaged, or incorrect items are evaluated on a case-by-case basis through our in-app Help & Support desk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MartFood shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions, delivery delays caused by extreme weather/traffic, or vendor stock out-of-bounds occurrences.

7. Account Termination & Deletion

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may also voluntarily request account deletion at any time via our Delete Account Request Form.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
